They will present a program of works by Victoria, Elgar, Howells and Dyson at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul on Wednesday, May 28. All are welcome to the free concert.

MagnificatBoston is a group of singers "from parishes in the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts and beyond" who are dedicated to the performance of Anglican choral Evensong. In monastic tradition, Evensong are the prayers said before retiring for the night.

The 25-member group performs once each month at a parish or chapel in the diocese, singing both English period and new American liturgical music.

One Tuesday a month, the Sisters of St. Anne-Bethany welcome you to the Bethany House of Prayer for a Refreshment Day. Rediscover the gift of a few hours of quiet reflection. The day begins with an opening meditation from area leaders and colleagues, followed by individual quiet time, shared reflections, worship and midday meal.

June 3:  The leaders will be Kimberly Green and Mary Meader, colleagues in ministry from the Bethany House of Prayer.

Registration is required; the suggested fee of $30 includes the midday dinner.
