This weekend program will explore the profound wisdom and direction for prayer and action through Scripture, spiritual teachers such as St. Benedict and shared experience.

Leader Jane Tomaine, SCHC will lead presentations, discussions and periods of silent prayer and reflection.  The program will model a rhythm of prayer and action that can be brought into daily life. Lectio Divina (prayer with scripture), centering prayer, intercession and praying tasks will be practiced as participants explore the essence of prayer and action. They will form a plan to enrich prayer and action in their journey as followers of Jesus Christ.
