Bethany House of Prayer, a ministry with the sisters of the Order of St. Anne—Bethany in Arlington, offers a monthly Refreshment Day on the first Tuesday, with morning meditation followed with individual silence, shared reflections, noonday prayers and midday dinner at the convent.  On Feb. 7, the Rev. Lisbeth Hall, priest, sculptor and spiritual director, will lead the day, focused on "Earthy Transparency in Celtic Spirituality:  Quiet Care and Awe for All Living Things."

Suggested fee is $50; registration is required.
