The Church of the Holy Spirit's monthly guided walks on the second Friday of each month continue in July with the theme “Seeking.”  The group will gather in the parish hall in the center of the labyrinth for opening reflections by the Rev. Anne Koehler at 10 a.m.

Dr. Margaret Rappaport, a Veriditas-certified labyrinth facilitator, will offer a short commentary focusing on what it means to “go deeper” into prayer and meditation during a labyrinth walk.

Director of music Darlene T. Hagon will offer selected music during the walk to enhance awareness of the theme.

Closing prayer and comments will bring the walk to a close.

As usual the church's medieval Chartres-style labyrinth will be candlelit and arrayed to strengthen the meditative experience for all participants.  Please join us whether you choose to walk the labyrinth or to quietly sit, meditate and pray.  All are welcome.  There is much to derive from experiencing the labyrinth in the company of this parish community.
