Welcome to the Help page for the new website of the Diocese of Massachusetts. We've tried to make the site more user-friendly, but it takes time to adjust to a new site if you are used to the old one. We'll try to answer frequently asked questions here so others can benefit, and we'll add information as we find out what people are having trouble with.

A few helpful tips:
Most of the files provided on this site are in PDF format. To open PDF files, you need a program, such as Acrobat Reader from Adobe, which will open them. You can download Reader directly from the Adobe site. Apple users can use the Preview program supplied with the OS X operating system.
We use Adobe Flash to deliver multi-media content, which requires installing Flash player. You can download Flash player directly from the Adobe web site.
You can increase or decrease the size of the text on the page by using your browser controls.
