The Case Trust, left by the Case family of Swansea, provides funds to support the diocesan mission in the Episcopal parishes of Bristol County. The parishes are:
- All Saints' Church, Attleborough
- Church of the Good Shepherd, Fairhaven
- Church of the Ascension, Fall River
- St. Luke's Church, Fall River
- Church of St. John the Evangelist, Mansfield
- Grace Church, New Bedford
- St. Andrew's Church, New Bedford
- St. Martin's Church, New Bedford
- Grace Church, North Attleborough
- St. Mark's Church, North Easton
- Church of Our Saviour, Somerset
- St. Peter's Church, South Dartmouth
- Christ Church, Swansea
- St. John's Church, Taunton
- St. Thomas's Church, Taunton
Only these parishes are eligible for funds from this program.
