St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Natick, MA is seeking a Coordinator of Christian Formation for Children and Youth. This leadership position includes administration and coordination of of all youth and church school programs: volunteer teacher recruitment and training, calendaring and regular weekly and monthly communication, curriculum management, weekly staff planning, monthly steering team meetings for church school and youth; point person for welcoming new families and youth, ongoing formation with youth ministry and church school teachers and team captains; attention to deaf ministry support; parental communication and support for coordination of mission trips and outreach activities;  and family pastoral care. Strong leadership teams for children's formation and youth formation are in place, as well as strong teaching teams.  Solid administrative and communication gifts are essential, as well as good experience in Christian formation.
