William Miller, author of The Gospel According to Sam and rector of St. Michael's Church in Lihue, Hawaii, will be signing books, teaching a forum and preaching at Holy Eucharist services at Grace Church in Vineyard Haven on Sunday, June 1. MagnificatBoston is a group of singers "from parishes in the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts and beyond" who are dedicated to the performance of Anglican choral Evensong. In monastic tradition, Evensong are the prayers said before retiring for the night.

The 25-member group performs once each month at a parish or chapel in the diocese, singing both English period and new American liturgical music.  read more »
