The Clergy Pre-Lenten Retreat takes place Jan. 29-31, 2008, at the Notre Dame Mission Center in Ipswich. Julia Slayton and other colleagues in ministry at the Bethany House of Prayer in Arlington will join the Rev. Koshy Mathews, from St. Peter’s Church in Phoenixville, Penn., and previously of this diocese, in leading the retreat program of meditations, silence, worship and meals, with optional gatherings for centering prayer, shared reflections and spiritual direction.

Registration information has been mailed to clergy; the registration deadline is Friday, Jan. 11, 2008.
