The Diocesan Loan Committee provides term loans to congregations for the following:
- Loans of up to $75,000 for 15 years to support repair and/or improvement to existing structures
- Loans of up to $125,000 for 15 years to support significant renovations and/or improvement of facilities
As of October 1, 2025, the interest rate for all new loans will be 3.00%.
