"A Cup in Hand" Day of Contemplative Reflection

With Gunilla Norris and Frank Pendola.

Something as simple as the cup we drink from every day can become for us a small, yet sacred tool to guide us into contemplative reflection where self-care and self-offering can be equally lived in harmony and balance.

Through guided exercises, discussion, dialogue, journaling, chant and periods of Centering Prayer, participants will find ways to be realigned allowing their souls to catch up with bodies and spirits to dwell in the depth of love.

Participants are asked to bring their favorite cup and their longing to be more present and whole in your life.

Register online at www.bethanyhousearlington.org or by e-mail to bethanyretreats@verizon.net or phone 781-648-2433. Suggested fee of $60 includes lunch.  Registration required.
