"Facing Our Racism: Becoming Conscious Partners" Online Workshops

The Social Action Committee of Grace Church in Newton and the Charles River Deanery invite others to join for an online workshop on "Facing Our Racism" and becoming conscious partners to end racism. 

Crucial to this new understanding and awareness is the formation of genuine, open, truthful relationships between Black and white community members.  The workshop will analyze the systemic, institutional, policy and power-driven persecution and discrimination against Black Americans since the beginning of slavery. 

Two separate workshops are offered:
