This retreat is designed to offer a time of spiritual refreshment for those who work with children and a time to renew your joy in this ministry or as a time of reflection for any adult seeking to prepare for the celebration of Christmas. Come and experience Still Waters, an atrium-like prayer space for adults. A variety of meditation spaces will lead participants to read a Scripture verse, work with art materials, contemplate meaningful questions or simply pray in response to Scripture exploring the meaning of the messianic prophecies and infancy narratives read during Advent and Christmas. The day will also include communal prayer, a discussion of hopes and prayers for your ministry and a luncheon providing time to meet and reconnect with others who share this devotion.
Facilitated by Carol Godfrey, a member of Trinity Church in Randolph, a Level III catechist and adult formation leader. She is certified as a Level I Formation Leader by the United States Association of The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.
