Title IV.13.3 of the Canons of The Episcopal Church stipulates that when a clergy disciplinary matter comes before a Hearing Panel, the Hearing Panel is required to make known the documents filed with or issued by it.
There are no clergy disciplinary matters before a Hearing Panel in the Diocese of Massachusetts at this time.
