Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are saddened to inform you of the death of the Rev. James C. Knudson in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on Feb. 11, 2018. Jim served in the diocese for 10 years before retiring in 2000. He served at Grace Church, Medford (1997-2000), St. Anne’s Church, North Billerica (1995-1996), Calvary Church, Danvers (1993-1995) and Parish of the Good Shepherd, Waban (1990-1991), and did supply work (1991-1993). Jim also served in the dioceses of Rhode Island and Chichester, UK.
Calling hours are at the Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway, Somerville, on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 4-7 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the Society of St. John the Evangelist Monastery Chapel, 980 Memorial Drive, Cambridge.
May the soul of God’s faithful servant departed rest in peace and may light perpetual shine upon him.
