at the Marriott Boston Quincy Hotel in Quincy.

Resolution open comment period, Sept. 13-18:
Two proposed resolutions were submitted by the Sept. 6 deadline:
- Renewed Call for All Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts Leaders, Clergy, Postulants and Ordinands to Complete Antiracism Training, and Commendation of the Diocese's New Antiracism Training to All Members of the Diocese
- Recognize and Commemorate the 300th Anniversary of the Boston Episcopal Charitable Society
Commenting on resolution proposals:
The Sept. 13-18 open comment period provides a time for written and verbal feedback about the proposed resolutions via an online form and Zoom meeting. Those who proposed the resolutions will review the feedback and submit their resolutions in final form by Sept. 23 for the convention's consideration.
There are two ways to offer comment:

Pre-Convention Forums:
The forums offer an important opportunity for discussion about the issues and business to come before the convention, including the proposed 2025 diocesan budget, resolutions and other important convention components. The forums are scheduled to take place on:
- Wednesday, Oct. 9, 7-8:30 p.m.: Register here
- Friday, Oct. 11, 7-8:30 p.m.: Register here
- Saturday, Oct. 12, 2-3:30 p.m.: Register here
- Tuesday, Oct. 15, 7-8:30 p.m. Register here
Delegate changes
If your congregation has a delegate change, please fill out the delegate substitution form (here) by Friday, Nov. 1. After Nov. 1, please e-mail convention@diomass.org.
In accordance with Diocesan Canon 1, Sec. 3, all clergy desiring to vote at Diocesan Convention must be canonically resident two weeks prior to the start of Convention. Clergy in the process of becoming canonically resident, please contact Laura Simons at lsimons@diomass.org to complete this process by Friday, Oct. 25.
