- Possibly rebuild and direct a Youth Choir, reviving a valued ministry that has been on hiatus since the COVID pandemic, if the interest is there. RSCM curriculum.
- Recruit, train, and inspire choir members of all ages, fostering an environment of musical growth and spiritual fellowship. Our 20’s and 30’s community is the greatest growth sector now.
- Oversee the care and use of the church’s Schoenstein organ and other instruments, and extensive music library.
- Manage the music budget and coordinate with guest musicians as needed for special events.
